Mercy Eke, a housemate on Big Brother Naija All Stars, has acknowledged having a crush on well-known artist Omah Lay. Mercy revealed that the ‘Soso’ crooner is the only star she could want to get intimate with in a Tuesday conversation with other housemates. Despite her obsession with the artist, she claimed she does not follow him on social media. Mercy explained that her admiration for Omah Lay stems from his unique musical style and talent, which she finds incredibly captivating. She expressed her desire to connect with him on a deeper level than just being a fan, hoping to meet him in person someday.
She said,
“Omah Lay will kill me. I love him so much but he doesn’t know. I don’t even follow him on social media. He is the only artist I might wanna f**k.”
According to the media, Mercy had earlier said she was dating someone on the reality show. She claimed that although her lover had offered to give her N120 million, the equivalent of the reality show’s big prize if she decided not to participate in the All-Star version, she persisted in going. Mercy stated that the monetary aspect did not solely drive her to participate in the All-Star version. She expressed her passion for the game and desire to prove herself again, regardless of any financial offers.
