Carter Efe Finally Publishes The Eagerly Awaited “Oyinmo” Featuring Ex-Zeh Nation Artist, Young Duu

Carter Efe, a popular Nigerian comedian and Influencer, has released his highly anticipated single, “Oyinmo,” which features Young Duu, Portable’s former signee. Released under Carter’s Eh God Records, the new song has been widely received by Nigerians and lovers of great street-hop music.

The new release follows “Ololade Mi Carter,” the comedian’s last single in which he worked with Funny Muller. Sadly, the track didn’t perform as Carter would’ve expected. But for “Oyinmo,” he specifically chose to work with ex-Zeh Nation artist, Young Duu, who went ahead to deliver a fantastic rendition, packing some memorable vibes into his lyrics.

For the track’s production, Larrylanes was tapped, and he came through with a solid sound engineering. Besides the incredible Young Duu feature and superb production, the song’s success was fueled by the controversy surrounding it and the record label drama triangle between Duu, Efe and Duu’s former employer, Portable.

The Zazuu street-hop singer had lashed out at Carter and Duu for linking to work together, and even demanding royalties from the proceeds of “Oyinmo.” Of course, Carter Efe, who has a wild clapback reputation, came at him, mocking him with Duu’s success since quitting Zeh Nation.

All that heat helped push “Oyinmo” into the ears of everyone, ultimately catapulting it into the top ten on Apple Music Nigeria singles chart. While you’re still here, you might as well just check out the song:
