OBO is keeping in touch with his spiritual side -or so it seems, as video evidence of his spiritual journey has recently been released on social media and has astonished many fans.

Following a video of him studying the bible at home, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, the Nigerian Afrobeat Superstar, has warmed people’s hearts. The songwriter of “FEM” was reading passages from the bible as a buddy was videoing him. Once he completed reciting a particular verse, the person filming him hailed him, shocking the audience.

It’s not uncommon for these superstars to keep in touch with their spiritual energy, as recently, Flavour was in the news as he shared a devotion session with his mother on his social media.

Flavour, real name Chinedu Izuchukwu Okoli, posted a video online showing him studying the bible with his mother at home.
The “Omo Temi” singer was reciting prayers from scripture as his mother responded with a loud Amen. “Mummy and Me” was Superstar Flavour’s caption for the video. While fans implied that singing the type of music he performs and yet being religious is incongruous, Flavour’s touching moment with his elderly mother in their living room went viral online.
