Simi Finally Responds To Brymo And Samklef’s Disrespectful Comments About Her
Nigerian Afrobeats singer Simisola Kosoko, also known as Simi, has finally responded to inappropriate remarks made about her by producer-turned-blogger Samklef and singer Brymo.
When Brymo revealed last year that he had forced Simi to have sex while she was single before they could collaborate on music, he caused a stir. He claimed that after she turned down his request, he turned down her offer of collaboration. Comparably, problematic producer Samklef recently acknowledged that, back when they were both emerging artists, he was in love with Simi.
He clarified that he didn’t ask her out because he didn’t want to combine his personal and professional lives. In response, Simi stated in a recent interview with Angela Yee that she couldn’t take what Brymo and Samklef had to say about her seriously and that it was pointless. The mother of one claimed to find their comments disturbing as well as pretty humorous.
In the same interview, Simi also acknowledged that she and her old-time friend and collaborator, Falz share a strong musical “chemistry.” According to the singer, many people mistakenly believed that they were romantically involved. In addition, she made hints that a new song she worked on with Falz would be released later this month.
