Davido Tells Timini When He Would Be Back In Nigeria In A Viral Video, Sparking Fan Reactions
Davido, the internationally recognized Afrobeat artist, recently sparked outrage online with a comment about his return to the country. The musician was recently spotted in Kigali, Rwanda’s capital, attending an event where he was photographed meeting young athletes from several African countries.
After spending the day at a sports center in Kigali, another video shows the singer hanging out in a club with Nollywood movie star Timini Egbuson and his older brother Mr. Tokyo later in the evening. In the viral video, Davido is heard telling Timini and his brother Mr. T that he will not be returning to Nigeria until next February, to which Mr. T and Timini both responded.
In the viral footage, actress Timini can also be seen standing beside artist Davido, who is sporting the newly acquired diamond neck chain. Davido, the DMW CEO, recently became a trending topic after splurging a ridiculous N577 million on a diamond chain. Timini decided to attempt spinning Davido’s gorgeous diamond neck chain in the viral video.
Timini, who appeared to be having difficulty spinning the heavy iced-out pendant, drew Davido’s attention, and the singer could also be seen attempting to spin it before the video ends. However, social media users have begun to troll Davido over the non-spinning nature of his new diamond Timeless pendant.
