DJ Cuppy Hints At A New Project After Linking With Olamide In The Studio

Nigerian disc jockey and millionaire heiress Florence Otedola, more popular as DJ Cuppy, is reportedly working on a new project. Last year, Cuppy had previously requested patience from her followers in order to hone her musical abilities.

However, it now appears that the YBNL label head and rapper, Olamide, better known by his stage name Baddo, may be providing some musical assistance to the billionaire’s daughter. In addition to Cuppy, talents like Zlatan Ibile, Bella Shmurda, Fireboy DML, Asake, Lil Kesh, Portable, and others are well known for having been discovered and blown up by Olamide.

On Monday, January 8, 2024, Cuppy, who has just begun marketing her song “Jollof on Jet,” posted a picture of herself with Olamide on her Instagram account, revealing that she is back in the studio and officially back in business for the  year.

Cuppy, who has indicated interest in backing up Olamide’s protégé Asake, appears to be working on a new song that might feature the YBNL leader. Olamide’s influence could help the billionaire’s daughter establish herself in the music business this time around.

Recently, Cuppy also shared a video of her grandmother recalling their meeting when she was younger on Instagram. Cuppy intends to give love another try after experiencing heartbreak the previous year, thanks to her grandmother’s advice.
