DJ Stephen ‘Twitch’ Boss Widow Puts Home Up For $3.8M Sale
Ten months after his passing, the widow of the late DJ on Ellen DeGeneres’ talk show, Stephen “tWitch” Boss, is listing their family home for sale. According to online real estate records, Steven Holker’s widow, Allison Holker, listed their Encino estate earlier this month for $3,795,000. With six bedrooms and 4,600 square feet, the property is ultramodern. With three fireplaces, a wine display, and a pool and hot tub in the backyard, this 2018-built house boasts several luxurious features.
Five suites comprise the main house and a pool house with a private bathroom. In addition to a butler’s pantry with a sink, dishwasher, and stove, the chef’s kitchen in the centre of the open floor plan features a centre island and top-of-the-line appliances. The main house also boasts a spacious living room with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Additionally, the pool house includes a cosy lounge area and a fully equipped bar, perfect for entertaining guests by the poolside.
In 2019, Stephen and Allison paid $2.75 million for the property they decorated in collaboration with Pottery Barn. Sotheby’s Anthony Paradise holds the listing. The story broke by TMZ. Stephen took his own life in December. After his death, Ellen revealed her deep sadness, and he left a suicide note mentioning previous difficulties.
