Future And Metro Boomin’s New Joint Album Projected To Do Huge Numbers In Its Opening Week

The recently released album WE DON’T TRUST YOU by American hip-hop musicians, Future and Metro Boomin has already garnered a lot of attention from fans. It is now officially anticipated to sell successfully throughout its first week of sales.

Hits Daily Double reports that the joint project, which debuted on Friday, March 22, is expected to debut at number one and could move over 200k units. The album has acquired popularity on streaming services as well; on the day of its release, all 17 of the tunes entered Apple Music’s Top 20, demonstrating that the power duo has a special formula.

Before the new release, Heroes & Villains, Metro Boomin’s 2022 release, became a huge hit, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The Atlanta producer’s second studio album, which was released on December 2, sold about 185,000 album-equivalent units in its first week of sales. Of that total, 5,000 were straight album sales, 1,000 were TEA units, and 179,000 were SEA units (233.38 million on-demand song streaming).

Heroes & Villains also dethroned Taylor Swift’s Midnights from the top, with the pop giant’s best-selling album dropping to No. 2 despite selling 143,000 more copies in the previous week. The Weeknd, 21 Savage, Travis Scott, A$AP Rocky, Future, and other luminaries are featured on the star-studded project, which became Metro’s third consecutive No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and his sixth to make it into the top 10.
