Nigerian singer, Skales, just startled followers on social media on May 6, when he uploaded a disturbing video to his Instagram page. Viewers were alarmed by the video, which depicts the artist with a large cut on his forehead and obvious blood.
Skales faces the camera in the footage, his face coated with blood, looking noticeably disturbed. He wrote the moving and straightforward caption, “Thank you Jesus,” beside the unsettling visual.
Many social media users are worried and speculating because the injury’s cause has not been disclosed. Fans and followers were unaware of Skales’ well-being because he provided no background information or specifics regarding the incident.

Skales stated that he missed his late mother and felt very alone. Skales was born to a Cameroonian father but was raised entirely by a Nigerian mother in Kaduna.
