Nigerian celebrity chef, Hilda Bassey, has reacted to Irishman Alan Fisher’s incredible achievement of smashing two Guinness World Records for the longest solo cooking marathon. According to reports, Alan Fisher is a resident of Japan, and an Irish restaurant owner who has a thing for breaking cooking records.

The old record was held by Hilda Baci, who, earlier this year, had set a stunning a record of 93 hours and 11 minutes. Fisher, though, accomplished an even more incredible accomplishment by cooking for an unbelievable 119 hours and 57 minutes! He didn’t only shatter Hilda’s record, he made it a more Herculean task for anyone who would want to dare topping his record time.

In addition, Alan had broken another previously held record for baking of 31 hours and 16 minutes by baking for an amazing 47 hours and 21 minutes, setting a new record for the longest baking marathon category.
