Israel DMW Comes To Davido’s Defence; Pens Comment On IG Saying “Trevboi Was Never A Signee”

Israel made it clear that Trevboi was never formally signed to DMW, in contrast to rumors that he was a member of the 30BG. Isreal DMW revealed that Davido once supported Trevboi voluntarily by working with him on a song in his Instagram story. Isreal clarified that this collaboration was simply a gesture of goodwill and did not indicate any official affiliation between Trevboi and DMW. Isreal further emphasized that Trevboi’s association with Davido was solely based on their mutual love for music and nothing more.

Isreal also revealed that Trevboi’s music video was generously funded by Davido, who had since broken off their relationship. He expressed dismay at the singer, saying that in return for his Oga’s earlier generosity, the musician had the audacity to place “a stain” on Davido. In a comment he wrote, referring to Davido as “Oga,” he said,

“Trev was never Oga’s signee. He was just somebody whom Oga assisted freely, by, jumping into his song. Oga even paid everything for his video shoot. Oga, long parted ways with him when he even had the guts to insult Oga, as a payback for all his kindness,”
