Jennifer Lopez Scheduled To Star On “Saturday Night Live” As A Musical Guest

Jennifer Lopez, who is eagerly awaiting the release of her much awaited album This Is Me… Now, will make a musical guest appearance on Saturday Night Live on February 3.

Ayo Edebri, who won an Emmy for her role opposite Jeremy Allen White on The Bear, will also be hosting for the first time in this episode, NBC announced on Wednesday, January 24. This will be Lopez’s fourth engagement as a musical guest and three-time host.

The lead track from her upcoming ninth studio album, “Can’t Get Enough,” which the Marry Me star released just two weeks ago, is the reason for the news. The song’s music video was also published by her, and Lopez’s This Is Me… Now: A Love Story movie will feature both of them.

Alongside a long list of well-known actors and actresses, including husband Ben Affleck, Trevor Noah, Kim Petras, Post Malone, Keke Palmer, Sofia Vergara, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Sadhguru, Derek Hough, and others, the Prime Video film will use imaginative costumes, dance routines, and storytelling to highlight the multihyphenate’s “journey to love through her own eyes.”

Two weeks after Renee Rapp made her musical guest debut on the show hosted by Jacob Elordi on January 20, Lopez will appear on Saturday Night Live. Under Dakota Johnson’s direction this weekend, Justin Timberlake will perform in advance of his upcoming album.
