June Jones Shares Second Single ‘If Only (feat. Katie Dey)’

June Jones today shares the second single from her forthcoming album ‘Pop Music For Normal Women’, out September 23. The track has been supported by FLOOD Magazine; “the latest single from Jones feels like a knowing hug from across the world” and FBi Radio who call it “ethereal, wistful and super special”. ‘If Only (ft. Katie Dey)’ is a duet that sees Jones and Dey’s voices singing contemplative and yearning verses about the hum of electronics, missing the company of friends, and skipping work to play video games.

Airy synths and stuttering percussion carry the singers’ distinctive but complementary voices into an infectious and anthemic chorus where they find relief from isolation in singing together. The song is accompanied by a video made by visual artist and animator Daniel R Marks, who took inspiration from the singers’ favourite video games when building the spellbinding world in which the clip takes place.
