K-Pop Boyband RIIZE Make Comeback With Release Of ‘Love 119’ Music Video

RIIZE is back with a bang, dropping a new music video for their latest single, ‘Love 119’. The boyband can be seen heading to school together on a freezing winter day, quietly observing their love interest from a distance. In other scenes, they rehearse the song’s choreography together before taking a bus to an open forest clearing to play in the snow. The new track features a sample of the famous 2005 song ‘Emergency Room’ by South Korean band Izi, initially released for the soundtrack of the K-drama ‘Delightful Girl Choon-hyang.’ As per SM Entertainment, ‘Love 119’ perfectly captures the essence of first love in RIIZE’s unique musical style. Members Shotaro and Wonbin helped produce the entire choreography, which will be unveiled during their first performance on KBS2’s weekly music show, Music Bank.

‘Love 119’ marks RIIZE’s first release of the year and their second comeback since debuting in September 2023 with ‘Get A Guitar.’ The group made their first comeback last October with the single ‘Talk Saxy.’ It is also their first release without member Seunghan, who began an indefinite hiatus in November 2023. SM Entertainment confirmed this was “related to his private matters recently leaked and distributed through online channels.”
