According to media house TMZ, the page in question is believed to be responsible for leaking the rapper’s unreleased tracks. West’s legal team hopes that this move will eventually uncover the identity of the individual accountable for the leaks. The rapper, who has long been known to be fiercely protective of his music, is taking this matter seriously and is determined to hold the responsible party accountable for any damages caused by the unauthorized release of his work.

According to new court documents, Kanye West is suing the “unknown individuals” behind the Instagram account @DaUnreleasedGod. He claims that they misappropriated his trade secrets by posting his unreleased music.

According to the complaint, Ye is unsure about the person running the Instagram page. However, he suspects this individual may have previously collaborated with him and signed a confidentiality agreement before being granted access to the tracks. He believes that the unauthorized sharing of these tracks through the account breaches the terms of the contract. He intends to add the identities of the people behind the account to the filing as soon as he confirms them.

According to Ye, his music has been leaked 21 times on @DaUnreleasedGod’s Instagram and 11 times on the corresponding Twitter account since March 2023. The leaked tracks reportedly include highly-anticipated collaborations with DJ Khaled and DaBaby and unreleased material from the “Donda” and “Jesus Is King” albums, along with reference tracks created for Rihanna and Will.i.am.

During his recent visit to Ireland, Kanye West privately shared some of his new musical creations with Steve Lacy. However, this exchange occurred on Kanye’s own volition. There are speculations that Kanye is preparing for a musical comeback, though it remains to be seen if this interaction will impact his timeline.
