Listen To The BNXN Verse Removed From CKay’s Song For Personal Reasons
The BNXN verse from Nigerian amazing vocalist, songwriter, and producer Chukwuka Ekweani’s single “Hallelujah” has been made available online. The Magic Sticks-produced duet with Blaqbonez, which topped Apple Music Nigeria’s charts, is without a doubt one of the most exciting collaborations to be released in 2023, yet it seems like the song needed extra features.
After the collaboration was released, CKay had to announce that BNXN and Seyi Vibez, a street-hop group, were also going to be included on the song with Blaqbonez. He emphasized that after hearing Blaqbonez’s verse, BNXN requested to be “excused” from the recording, which CKay merely allowed.

A mild insult in the Yoruba language, “Awon werey,” was used by BNXN in response to CKay’s post. As part of his humorous response, Bad Boy Blaq also retweeted the message and included a photo of himself making a silly face. For his part, Seyi Vibez has not yet participated in the drama. It would be better if he avoided butting in.
However, everything appears to be in order so far, and the comments made about the song have simply served to increase its visibility, which is excellent PR. Artists need to eat, therefore marketing tactics for new music need to be innovative with a touch of online drama.
