Sensational Lekan Osifeso Jr., better known as Lojay, announced that he would embark on a global tour. The singer-songwriter will tour supporting his most recent album, joining other Afrobeats artists who have recently hit the road to promote their projects.

The South African kings of amapiano, DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small, collaborated with the 26-year-old singer on the track “Canada,” which also served as one of the lead songs on Lojay’s sophomore EP and a follow-up to the critically acclaimed “LV N ATTN.” In addition, the singer intends to bring live performances to his fans globally by touring the world to present the new project.

The artist has announced that he will be performing from May 2023 to October 2023 on five continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, and Australia; however, the dates for the tour have yet to be revealed.

One of Afrobeat’s most promising up-and-coming artists, Lojay has helped the genre spread worldwide with some of his songs that have become viral hits. Since their release, these songs that have dominated the airwaves and are unquestionably fan favorites include “Monalisa,” which received a Chris Brown remix. Social media will be used to publicize specific information about the planned tour, and fans will be excited to meet the “Gangtar Romantic” and his catalog of back-to-back hits.
