Lupe Fiasco Asserts Drake Is “A Better Rapper” Than Kendrick Lamar
Lupe Fiasco is a highly opinionated rapper from Chicago who has never been afraid to share his thoughts on various topics. He claimed that Drake, a fellow rapper, is superior to Kendrick Lamar, his Big Three rival. Lupe also stated that Lamar’s reputation as a “dangerous” rapper is inaccurate. In a video clip that has since gone viral, Ae Verb asked Lupe to choose between Drake and Kendrick Lamar, and Lupe immediately chose Drake, citing his superior lyrical ability.

During a conversation, Lupe Fiasco shared his opinion about Kendrick Lamar’s battle rap credentials, stating that the Compton superstar is slightly overrated. When Ae Verb asked if he had ever heard Kendrick and felt like he was one of the most dangerous rappers, Lupe swiftly and firmly responded with a “no.”. Lupe has been vocal about his stance on Kendrick Lamar, particularly in their 2018 feud, which resurfaced recently in the wake of the Drake War. In a since-deleted tweet, Lupe made it very clear that he did not apologize to Kendrick Lamar and that he does not bend the knee to him or any other rapper. He emphasized that he fears no rapper of any kind or on any day. Lupe also showed his aggression during his recent Coachella appearance. In the middle of his set, he called out every other rapper in the game and promised to “smoke” them if they wanted beef. He stated that he didn’t care how many records they had sold and would walk through, chew up, and body anyone who dared to challenge him. He further emphasized that he was not afraid of any rapper and was willing to back up his words with action.
