Mick Jagger Hails Machine Gun Kelly For Keeping Rock Alive

Rolling Stones star, Mick Jagger has hailed Machine Gun Kelly for keeping Rock alive.

We would all agree that Machine Gun Kelly has been one of the artists today who have been instrumental to the growth and continued relevance of Rock music. His efforts seem to have caught the attention of legendary Rock star, Mick Jagger, who praised him and Yungblud during a recent interview.

Jagger appeared on the Swedish radio station, P4, where he spoke about it. He said, “In rock music, you need energy, and there have not been a lot of new rock singers around. Now there are a few. You have Yungblud and Machine Gun Kelly. That kind of post-punk vibe makes me think there is still a bit of life in rock and roll.” He also laid to rest rumors of his retirement.

According to him, he is off on a European tour. He also shared that he is not planning it to be “the last Live outing.” Jagger also opened up about his love for touring. He said, “I love being on tour. I don’t think I would do it if I did not enjoy it. I enjoy going out there on stage and doing my stuff. That is what I do. I want everyone to enjoy themselves and forget the troubles in their lives for a couple of hours and just chill out and have a great afternoon and evening.”
