Odumodublvck Teases An Upcoming Single With Davido

Fast-rising Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck, has hinted at a new studio endeavor with Davido. Davido and Odumodublvck posted the new sound clip on social media. Sadly, there isn’t a release date yet for the song dubbed “Industry Machine” by Odumodublvck in his post’s caption.

It’s no news that the rapper has been working with other much bigger African musicians, demonstrating his growing influence in the Nigerian music scene. In addition,  Odumo achieved a historic feat when his most recent album, ‘Eziokwu,’ remained at the top of Spotify Nigeria for 11 weeks in a row, smashing records.

The project produced several hit songs including ‘Dog Eat Dog’ (original and remixed version) ‘Blood on the Dancefloor’ featuring Bloody Civilian and Wale, ‘Declan Rice,’ and ‘Picanto’ among others. Wurld, the afrosoul phenomenon, also hinted at a future partnership with DJ Maphorisa and Odumodublvck.

The two artists will be working together for the first time with their forthcoming collab. Additionally, Odumodublvck and other African artists like Tyla, Lojay, and Qing Madi were recognized as Apple Music Africa Rising Stars for 2024.

Davido, on the other hand, has scheduled performances at the O2 Arena in London and the Accor Arena in Paris. ‘The Davido Invasion’ is the theme of the performances, which are scheduled for January 28 and January 31, 2024.
