Paul Of P-Square Throws Major Shade At 9ice And Governor Sanwo-Olu

Rudeboy, a stage name for Nigerian artist Paul Okoye of P-Square, criticized politicians for pleading with the public for their support. Rudeboy complained about how it is repulsive to witness politicians pleading for support in an Instagram story post. He says that it was these politicians that lied to, misled, and exploited our parents. Rudeboy continued by expressing his gratitude for technology, noting how it has helped Nigerians throughout recent elections.

Additionally, he exhorted the young people to keep teaching and exposing their parents to some of the deplorable deeds committed by these politicians.

A video of 9ice pleading for votes appeared online a few hours before to Rudeboy’s tweet. As seen in the video, 9ice and his team canvassed their neighborhood asking people to support Sanwo-Olu in the upcoming governor’s race.

Many Nigerians have complained about the manner in which the country’s presidential election was handled. especially those who support Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, who is a preferred choice of P-Square member Paul Okoye. The renowned singer shared on his Instagram page his observation that Nigerians, particularly those in the country’s northern regions, are not celebrating Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s election as president. He also noted that no one is organizing biker parades or state-to-state solidarity marches like they did after president Buhari’s victory.
