Portable Unveils His New Multimillion Naira Music Studio
Nigerian street pop icon Portable recently unveiled his brand-new studio. In order to show off the interior and how well-equipped his new workplace is, the artist turned to social media. He went on to say that a session in his studio costs five million naira to prospective clients. The studio was in Lekki, Lagos State, as was made clear by voices in the video clip.
Portable has been courting some wonderful wins recently, as he recently welcomed a baby with his sweetheart. The artist and Nigerian actress Akinyanju Omobolarinde welcomed their fifth child. The overjoyed mother expressed her gratitude to her creator by sharing the wonderful news on her social media account.
On Tuesday afternoon, June 6, Bolarinde revealed the news on her Instagram page, mentioning Portable in the post. The singer was also recognized with an award in the same month. He was named Artiste of the Year at the just completed Golden Stars Awards.
Celebrating his newest achievement, the ‘Zazoo Zeh’ singer turned to Instagram to post a video of himself holding the award, along with a message announcing his new status as the “new born Fela.” Portable accepted his trophy, thanking his fans for his support and promising to bring home a Grammy next.
