Reason Justin Bieber Declined Usher’s Invitation To Perform At Super Bowl Revealed

According to an insider, Usher had invited Justin Bieber, his former mentee, to perform at his Super Bowl halftime show. However, Justin declined the offer because he didn’t “feel like it.” The news was reported on page 6. The source made it clear that there were no hard feelings between the two artists and that Usher had tried his best to persuade Justin to join him on stage, hoping to pay tribute to their shared history. Despite Usher’s efforts, Justin was not keen on performing at the February 11th show. He wasn’t “feeling it.” Maybe he just wanted to enjoy the show in the company of his lover.

Although Justin did not perform, he and his wife Hailey Baldwin (now Bieber) attended Super Bowl LVIII and had fun. They made waves when caught on the jumbotron engaging in a PDA-filled moment at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Justin was visibly pleased, giving a thumbs-up to the camera while Hailey waved her hand. He then gave her a long, sweet kiss on the cheek. For the occasion, Justin wore a brown-printed Marine Serre shirt that was unbuttoned, revealing his many tattoos and well-toned abs. He paired the shirt with a baggy pair of jeans, a black leather jacket, and red shoes. He also had on a backwards baseball cap and tiny sunglasses. On the other hand, Hailey opted for a leopard-printed fur coat from Saint Laurent that had enormous shoulder pads, light-wash jeans, and a plain white t-shirt. She completed her look with orange-tinted sunglasses and red-pointed shoes.

Previously, rumours had emerged that Usher had reached out to Justin directly to ask him to perform as his special guest. TMZ said no intermediaries were involved in the discussions, and Usher was eager to have Justin join him. However, Usher was joined on stage by Alicia Keys, Lil Jon, Ludacris, H.E.R., and others nonetheless, and it was a memorable show for the books.
