Shallipopi Is Released After Being Convicted Of Internet Fraud, And Olamide Reacts

Fast-rising Crown Uzama, a.k.a. Shallipopi, a Nigerian singer, has returned to social media following his conviction for online fraud. On the basis of information the Command obtained, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) detained him and five additional suspects at various locations throughout Kaduna.

Following their arraignment before Justice A. Isiaka on Friday, June 23, the anti-graft agency obtained the defendants’ convictions on individual one-count accusations that had elements of criminal impersonation. The accused were each given a two-year prison term with the option of fines by Justice Isiaka.

Shallipopi used his Twitter account to announce his return to the microblogging service after paying the fee and regaining his freedom.

The “Elon Musk” singer posted some of his images and wrote, “Evian is Active? #plutopresidoisback”

Olamide, who saw his message, welcomed him back by making reference to his moniker.

The YBNL boss, shouting him out, wrote, “Pluto boi!”

After Elon Musk was released, Shallipopi became a well-known TikTok sensation. The TikTok audience adores Crown Uzama’s distinctive singing style and lingo. He began his singing career when he was quite young after realizing his aptitude at an early age. Hopefully, he has no future gloomy run-ins with the authorities.
