Steve Lacy, Ye, And Lil Uzi Vert Now Wear Matching Tattoos

Currently, there are a few names you have to include when discussing the hottest hip-hop artists: Ye, also known as Kanye West, Lil Uzi Vert, and Steve Lacy, an R&B icon with broad appeal. The group recently acquired matching tattoos from Los Angeles artist Mez, and they proudly displayed them on Instagram.

The ink reads, “We here forever technically,” and is scribbled on the left arm of each artist. Even though 24-year-old guitarist and production whiz, Lacy, hasn’t yet released any music with the other two, the three musicians seem to have a close bond.

The 45-year-old Chicago icon was one of many who lauded Lacy’s recently released album, Gemini Rights, saying via an Instagram remark that the record was “wonderful” and that Lacy is “one of the most inspiring persons on the earth.”

On the other hand, Ye and Uzi have been coworkers and friends for a while now. Both appeared on Travis Scott’s song “Watch” in 2018. Uzi had earlier sent Kanye some then-deleted jabs in 2021, and a group chat leak revealed him criticizing Ye’s new album, but it appears the two have let it go and moved on.

This trio’s albums have also been released this year, in addition to Gemini Rights.
