The Game Reveals Chris Brown And Chlöe Bailey Collaboration For His Upcoming Album

Drillmatic has the stars aligning in its favor.

The Game said his upcoming album will have a duet with Chris Brown and Chlöe Bailey during an interview with Mike Tyson’s “Hotboxin'” show. Janet Jackson’s Velvet Rope hit “Got ’til It’s Gone” is sampled on the untitled tune. “Today I just got a record with Chris Brown and Chlöe Bailey done, which is dope,” he revealed to Tyson. “We did that literally today and that was the last song for the album.”

Collaboration is nothing new for Game and Chris, who have worked together on songs like “Celebration” and “Pot of Gold.” “I like to say that it’s probably my best album to date,” Game said. “I kinda bridged the gap between old and new. I’m real hip-hop oriented and a student of the game, but also appreciate young Black rappers getting up out the ‘hood and being able to use music of any facet to take care of their families and better their life. So I’m mixing old school with the new school.”

Kanye West, Lil Wayne, G Herbo, and NBA YoungBoy will all make appearances on Drillmatic, which will be released on July 1st. Game believes his debut album in three years will set a new standard.
