Tonto Dikeh Decamps From ADC To APC
Tonto Dikeh, an actress who has transitioned into politics, has made a significant change in her political affiliation by formally defecting from the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and joining the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC). The actress will be formally presented to the APC today at 3 p.m. at an event planned for the national secretariat in Abuja to mark this move.
The Nation claims that Mary Alile, the national women’s leader of the APC, will present Tonto Dikeh. Dikeh, who used to be the ADC’s deputy governorship candidate in the Rivers State elections in 2023, has not yet made a public statement outlining the reasons for her change in party.
Tonto Dikeh also sent a heartfelt letter to Mohbad’s followers, who were anxiously awaiting updates and the investigation’s conclusion. Everyone is still committed to delivering justice to Mohbad, she made it abundantly clear, and they have no intentions of giving up. Tonto Dikeh emphasized that she and other contributors had made a contribution and that they would keep trying their best.
