Winners Of The 13th Circle Chart Music Awards Revealed
The 13th Circle Chart Music Awards were held on January 10 at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center in Busan, South Korea. The awards ceremony recognized the best South Korean music released from December 2022 to November 2023. The event was hosted by SUPER JUNIOR’s Leeteuk, STAYC’s Sieun, and ZEROBASEONE’s Seok Matthew. It was a great success in recognizing South Korean music artists’ incredible talent and hard work. It was a night filled with excitement, celebration, and recognition of some of the best music released in the past year.
NewJeans was the biggest winner of the night, taking home four awards, including Artist of the Year (Digital), Artist of the Year (Global Streaming), Artist of the Year (Unique Listeners), and Music Steady Seller of the Year. This is a testament to their incredible talent and hard work throughout the year. Several other girl groups also had a great night, with (G)I-DLE, IVE, NiziU, and LE SSERAFIM taking home multiple awards. NCT Dream, SEVENTEEN, and BTS’ Jungkook also received three awards each, showcasing their outstanding contributions to the music industry.
NCT Dream was awarded the Digital Album of the Year award for their album ‘ISTJ’, Artist of the Year (Album), and World K-pop Star. SEVENTEEN was honoured with Artist of the Year (Album), Retail Album of the Year, and KiT Album of the Year, while BTS’ Jungkook won three trophies for Artist of the Year (Digital), Artist of the Year (Global Streaming), and Artist of the Year (Album).
