Avril Lavigne Steps Out With Country Musician Nate Smith, Causing A Stir

Avril Lavigne and Nate Smith brought on a stir on Tuesday when they were seen leaving for dinner at Catch in Los Angeles.

The 39-year-old vocalist and the 38-year-old “Whiskey on You” singer were spotted leaving the restaurant together in pictures. After dinner, the two were also seen skating, according to pictures that TMZ was able to obtain.

But a source claims that the two are not dating. Instead of that, “they are discussing a music project together,” an insider revealed. This comes after a source had revealed in October 2023 that Lavigne had permanently broken her brief romance with Tyga. Since February 2023, they had intermittent dates.

Lavigne also revealed earlier this month the dates for her first-ever greatest hits tour. The tour is scheduled to take place on 27 dates across North America, with All Time Low, Simple Plan, Girlfriends, and Royal & the Serpent serving as opening bands.

Before coming to an end on September 16 at Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Lavigne’s tour will stop in a number of locations, including Las Vegas, Phoenix, Toronto, Nashville, Chicago, and more. It will begin on May 22 at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

2022’s “Love Sux” was Lavigne’s most recent release. Blackbear, Machine Gun Kelly, and Mark Hoppus collaborate on the album, which consists of 12 tracks and is produced by Travis Barker’s DTA Records.
