Basketmouth Has Revealed The Title And Release Date For His Third Studio Album
Basketmouth, the famed comedian and rapper, has announced the title and release date of his third studio album, following the amazing success of his first and second albums. Bright Okpocha, also known as Basketmouth, is a prominent comedian, rapper, and producer who is due to release another masterpiece of an album before the year 2023 ends.
The rapper and producer has announced that his third studio album, titled Uburu, will be released in October 2023. This project will feature some of the biggest names in the African music industry, including Falz, Shatta Wale, Peruzzi, BOJ, Timi Dakolo, Reminisce, Duncan Mighty, Laycon, Lojay, and many more.
Basketmouth used social media to promote the music project by sharing the artwork for it.
In 2014, Basketmouth established the record label Barons World Entertainment. He released a highlife album titled ‘Yabasi’ as a soundtrack for the series, ‘Papa Benji’ in November 2020. Under the Nigerian indigenous record label Freeme Music, the album featured artists such as Ladipoe, BOJ, The Cavemen, Bez, Waje, Duncan Mighty, Flavour, and Phyno.
In 2022, he released Horoscope, an album that featured guest artists including as Johnny Drille, Simi, M.I Abaga, Buju, Peruzzi, Oxlade, Reekado Banks, Flaz, Magnito, Illbliss, Dremo, and Flavour.
