Berlin’s Afrobeats Festival Included Performances From Asake, Seyi Vibez, And P-Square
Afrobeats is on the rise internationally, and Nigerian celebrities are selling out select venues every other day of the week as they continue to take Nigerian music to new parts of the world. Fans in Germany were treated to an Afrobeats extravaganza with era-defining superstar Asake, renowned combo P-Square, Seyi Vibez, Runtown, CKay, Oxlade, Mr. Eazi, and more.
The gig, which took place in the Spandau Citadel, was headlined by Asake, P-Square, and Masego, with additional Afrobeats stars providing support. For Seyi Vibez, in particular, the stage provides him with significant international exposure following his steady climb since breaking into the mainstream in 2022 with the release of his breakthrough single “Chance” and debut album “Billion Dollar Baby.”
Seyi Vibez will appreciate the chance to shine as he prepares for his first headline UK gig on August 11 at the Indigo O2. Following a great debut in July 2022 at the Rennbahn Hoppegarten in Berlin-Brandenburg, the event has relocated to the Zitadelle Spandau!
