Davido Makes Tribute Post To Late Son, Ifeanyi
Davido has taken some time to reflect somberly on the passing of his first child with wife Chioma, despite all the recent joy in the Davido household. In addition, David Adeleke, better known online as Davido, posted on social media in remembrance of his late son Ifeanyi. After the horrific drowning event that claimed Ifeanyi’s life last year, the singer took a break and didn’t post on social media again until March 2023, when he released his “Timeless” album. The DMW boss posted an emoji of a dove on X, which is thought to represent love, peace, and a heavenly connection. The same image, posted on his Instagram story, made a strong statement on the anniversary of the terrible event and showed how he was dealing with it.
This comes just one year after losing his son with his wife Chioma, as Davido took to his social media to share this tribute. The singer, who recently welcomed twins, put up the images, and fans reacted accordingly. Netizens have sent condolence messages to the singer, saying they sympathize with his tragic loss but also reminding him of the double blessings he has received as “compensation” for his loss. Some fans admired Davido’s strength and resilience during such a difficult time.
