Davido Presents Ngozi Mary, A Hotel Employee, With $10K For Returning Misplaced $70K
Davido ultimately carried out his promise to Mrs. Kekwaaru Ngozi, a member of the Eko Hotel and Suite staff who had lately returned lost money belonged to a hotel patron, a few hours after making the announcement.
Davido shared a little clip of prayers in which he can be heard saying “amen” to a happy woman. The Afrobeat musician captioned the video, “needed that prayer.”

The popular musician had retweeted a message from one Dami’ Adenuga, who took to Twitter to announce the news, writing on his own Twitter handle, “Find her for me… “I donate $10K.”
Davido joined a long line of Nigerians who commended Ngozi’s uncommon honesty. However, compliments from the artist’s admirers and fans poured into the post’s comments area.
Due to her honesty, the young woman gained notoriety a few days ago. Many people praised her for not eloping with the large sum of money despite the nation’s current economic circumstances. The singer has previously donated to charitable causes to help others.
Davido recently gave more than 200M naira through his foundation to a number of orphanages across the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He did the same thing for charity on his birthday in 2022, and he now does this every year.
