Davido States He Will No Longer Be Bothered By American Collaborations

Afrobeat artist, Davido, has stated that he is no longer interested in pursuing music collaborations with American artists. His top goal, he made clear, is working with musicians that make excellent music.

As he prepares for his Timeless concert at Madison Square Garden in New York, the singer is currently on a media tour. Davido declared in an interview with Sway that he wouldn’t be bothering himself to work with American musicians. Davido’s desire has always been to play Madison Square Garden. On April 17, 2024, the Afrobeat icon will take the stage, making that dream come true.

Davido has been touring different nations, singing his greatest hits from his Timeless album. At last, New York was included on the list. Davido visited the Sway Universe radio show as part of his media tour to promote his performance. He talked about the notable rise of Afrobeats and his first upcoming gig at the world-famous MSG.

He declared he would not bother himself with an American collaboration, with the exception of Chris Brown. He stated he is eager to collaborate with Rihanna and cited her admiration for his hit song Unavailable. He also mentioned that there might be an upcoming collab with Victoria Monet.
