Fuji Icon, K1 De Ultimate, Dismisses His Drummer’s Accusations Of Maltreatment

King Wasiu Ayinde, a Nigerian Fuji superstar also known as Kwam1 or K1, has finally addressed the charges leveled against him by his drummer, Kunle Ayanlowo.

Kunle recently gave an interview in which he talked about his experiences working with Kwam1, claimed to have been mistreated, and compared his relationship with Kwam1 to that of a slave and his master. He said that when they traveled, Kwam1 would seize their passports. He even related an instance in which he was told to go back home rather than get help.

Kunle pledged to hold the singer responsible if something were to happen to him and voiced his continued health issues, attributing them to stress from his relationship with Kwam1. Kunle, who had worked for K1 for thirty-two years, bemoaned not having accomplished anything and always being afraid, drawing a contrast between Kwam1’s public character and his private nature.

Kwam1 criticized the claims on Instagram in response, asking Kunle to stop spreading lies and warning everyone around him to avoid dishonest people. Kwam1 claimed to have been the one to stand by Kunle when he had nothing and advised against hanging out with dishonest people, saying there is no reward to it.
