Illbliss Takes Pride In Being More Than A Regular Nigerian Rapper

Nigerian rapper and actor, Tobechukwu Ejiofor, popular as Illbliss, recently discussed his achievements in the country’s entertainment sector. Unlike most of his peers in the Nigerian music industry, the actor/singer took pride in his versatility. Prior to choosing to focus on his musical career, he professed to have been a prosperous banker.

Rather than just creating music for the sake of it, Illbliss claims that he has always desired to be the owner of real estate. A few weeks ago, the rapper also talked about the difficulties he had when his album “OGA BOSS” was released in 2012. The rapper revealed in a statement his financial hardships and the treachery he experienced from an Alaba marketer.

iLLbliss revealed that he never received a dime for his record, even though he reached an agreement with the marketer who promised payment within a week. This disclosure indicates that the rapper may have moved on, but the hurt never leaves him.

He continued by saying that he was left feeling devastated and demoralized after the marketer released the album without permission and then vanished. The rapper acknowledged that following the incident, he was initially hesitant to release more music, claiming a lack of faith and trust in the industry.

Nevertheless, he found comfort in tenacity and fortitude, choosing not to let the betrayal to define his career.
