Nigerian Rapper, Oladips, Has Passed On

Oladips, a Nigerian street-hop rapper, tragically lost his fight with an unidentified illness and has died at the age of 28.

On Wednesday, November 15, 2023, the rapper’s management broke the devastating news that he had passed on in the late hours of Tuesday, November 14, 2023. The rapper had been fighting his sickness in private for the last two years, according to the official statement.

Yesterday night, the rapper reportedly passed out in front of his friends, leaving them in panic mode. His buddies could be heard screaming his name and shaking with fear in the video that his friend with the Instagram username ‘OnlyOneLifetime’ uploaded to the platform.

In the post, two of the rapper’s friends could be seen desperately clinging to him in the backseat of a vehicle. The friend did, however, claim in his subsequent post that he took the Oladips home at the rapper’s request, since his mother purportedly did not want him hospitalized.

The rapper then posted a video of himself talking to a friend who had just come back with medicine for him and asked to take him to the hospital. But Oladips did not sound like himself, and his followers started to worry. Additionally, Oladips had tweeted that he was feeling under the weather and asked fans to pray for him. This was his last post before his demise.
