Through changing the educational environment, Ja Rule’s JA Ghana program aims to empower youngsters in Ghana. High school students are trained to develop entrepreneurial skills through the free entrepreneurship initiative called JA Company Program, which equips them for the difficulties of the modern world.

The program has a strong emphasis on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and work preparedness to guarantee a well-rounded educational experience. The Cha-Ching Program is an interactive financial literacy program that teaches the four key money concepts of earn, save, spend, and donate by following six band members on thrilling travels.

In the meantime, alternative education providers offer the Achieve Programme as an enrichment opportunity or as a seamless integration into educational curriculum as an early intervention personal development and employability program.

By desiring to open a school in Ghana, Ja Rule carries on the legacies of Michael Blackson and Lil Jon. Pencils of Promise and the latter partnered in 2017 to establish two schools in the Asuogyaman District with a $70,000 donation, addressing the lack of adequate educational facilities in the area.

Michael Blackson, on his end, recently opened the Michael Blackson Academy in Agona Nsaba, Ghana.
