With his latest single, “Lovin On Me,” currently number one on the Billboard Hot 100, Jack Harlow is back at the top of the charts. This week, the OZ-produced song gave the Louisville native his third No. 1 hit of the year when it climbed to the top of the Hot 100. After Lil Nas X’s “Industry Baby” topped the charts in 2021, the 25-year-old surrendered his Hot 100 invincibility. However, a year later, he achieved a solo No. 1 with the widely-sampled “First Class,” featuring Fergie. With his most recent chart achievement, Jack Harlow has become one of the few musicians to have three consecutive No. 1 hits, along with Drake and Taylor Swift. The rapper Harlow seems to be in album preparation as he teases “more coming,” while Cole Bennett of Lyrical Lemonade teases another hit song that will be released before 2023 ends. This past weekend, Jack Harlow sang “Lovin On Me” during the halftime show of the Detroit Lions game on Thanksgiving.
