Jennifer Lopez’s “This Is Me…Now” Touted To Win An Oscar

Alix Angelis, who plays “The Quiet One” in Jennifer Lopez’s musical film “This is Me… Now: A Love Story,” has praised J Lo’s vulnerability in the movie, stating that it might earn her an Oscar. Alix explained that Jennifer had to get very vulnerable for this role, which allowed her to portray the character more strongly and lead the production effectively, given that Jen co-wrote and executive-produced it. The movie follows Jennifer’s journey to finding genuine love through her own eyes, and Alix is confident that this won’t be the last such project for J. Lo.

Despite Ben Affleck also appearing in the film, which could have resulted in some awkward moments, Alix claims that Ben was never upset and remained incredibly supportive of his wife throughout production. Jennifer has commented that she and Ben are much more secure now than during their tumultuous relationship in the early 2000s, allowing them to work through issues more effectively. It’s worth noting that the movie features a star-studded cast, including Sofia Vergara, Jane Fonda, Trevor Noah, Keke Palmer, Post Malone, and even Neil deGrasse Tyson.
