KCee Finally Responds To Claims That He Abandoned The Boy In The Ojapiano Song

Famous Nigerian artist Kingsley Chinweike Okonkwo, often known as KC Limpopo, has addressed allegations that he exploited and neglected a young prodigy named Ojazzy Igbonile in connection with his well-known song “Ojapiano.” There have been increasing claims that he abandoned the local flutist who so enchantingly used his alluring Oja instrument to add to the enchanting harmony in the number-one song “Ojapiano.”

The musician expertly blended the twin cultural influences of his Igbo origin and the bustling South African scene to provide Nigeria’s export of entertainment a burst of flavor. However, KCee vehemently refuted the idea in a recent interview with BBC Igbo, asserting that the claim that he abandoned the developing talent is untrue.

The musician revealed that he traveled to a recording studio in Lagos with the young child from the eastern region. He took this action since the boy’s performance at a show impressed him. Kcee made it clear that he not only provided the child everything he requested, but also more.

The artist stated that he was overjoyed when he saw that the young man had made a video reassuring everyone in his town that they were getting along fine and that any reports about them having problems were false. Hit the link below to catch the interview.
