Naira Marley Discloses His Latest Addiction

Marlian Music boss Naira Marley has lately been occupied behind closed doors, and no, it is not what you think. In a recent tweet, Naira disclosed that he had to lock himself in his room to listen to “Grit & Lust,” the new extended play delivered by his signee, Zinoleesky. The new project was released on 23 December 2022 and went straight to number one on the Apple Music Nigeria album chart, displacing Runtown’s latest studio effort, “$igns.”

The EP presents eight songs featuring music stars Ayra Starr and Omah Lay. Weeks after its release, “Grit & Lust” still occupies the top position on the chart. And inasmuch as Naira let us into his most recent bedroom activity, the post also serves as an indirect ploy to promote the project, which is supportive of him as Zino’s boss. Naira’s recent tweet comes after he had let his Ivory Coast fans down two weeks ago when he had been scheduled to perform at the Ivochella Festival.

Issuing an apology for his absence from the event, he stated that the fault was on the side of the show’s organizers. He also told his fans that paid for the event to contact the show’s organizers for refunds.
