Naira Marley Flaunts His New ‘Bodyguards’

Controversial Nigerian rapper Azeez Adeshina Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley, has incited an online uproar. In a social media video, the “Soapy” crooner was seen walking down the aisle at the airport to board his flight as two curvy women trailed behind him. In an unusual move, Naira chose women to serve as his bodyguards. As they accompanied him onto the plane, they displayed their well-chiseled bodies.

While Naira is living it up and chilling with the ‘baddest’ b*tches, his focus remains on the music, as he recently dropped a new banger, “Body.” His fans had already reacted positively to the Niphkeys-produced song, giving it 1.5 million Instagram views when it was teased last week. The song, dedicated to his birthday, is his first release of the year. Although the song is peaceful and laid-back, Amapiano and street music can be heard in the background.

The new track follows Marley’s debut album God’s Timing’s the Best, which featured blockbuster singles like “Coming,” “O’Dun,” and “First Time In America,” further solidifying his position as an influential voice of the streets and a pioneer of Afro/hip-hop. With the help of Nigerian producer Rexxie, Marley, renowned for his hard work ethic, co-wrote the viral anthem “Abracadabra” and later produced a remix with Wikzid.
