Nollywood Stars Step Out In Style For Mercy Aigbe’s “Ada Omo Daddy” Film Premiere

The premiere of “Ada Omo Daddy,” a movie directed, produced, and starring Nigerian actress Mercy Aigbe Adeoti, was a star-studded eventwhich attempts to bring the Igbo and Yoruba cultures together.

During the movie’s initial screening in Lagos, Aigbe stated that the film promotes unity and reconciliation amongst two of the three main ethnic groups in Nigeria as well as forgiveness, love, and diversity management. She went on to say that when “Ada Omo Daddy” hits the theaters, it would spark spirited debate and critical analysis.

Stars shone in their variety of gorgeous ethnic outfits for the film’s premiere night, which had the theme, “Cultural Wedding Guest Extravaganza.” The most lavish and fashionable styles in traditional clothing were on full display on the red carpet, as each celebrity added their own special touch to their appearance.

Celebrities including Tayo Faniran, Omowunmi Dada, Sola Sobowale, Charles Okafor, and Mercy Aigbe Adeoti, the director of the movie, who all had major roles in the movie’s cast, graced the premiere. Former Big Brother Naija contestant and winner, Mercy Eke, also looked stunning in a fiery red costume with embellishments, while Eniola Badmus stood out in a vivid pink attire, adding the outfit’s elegance.
