Playboi Carti Postpones “Antagonist Tour” Again

Opium Record’s Playboi Carti, the American rapper, has again postponed his Antagonist Tour, originally scheduled to kick off next week.

The rapper had initially planned to launch his tour in September, but due to unforeseen events, he has had to reschedule the trek multiple times. Although the list of cities and venues is still available on the rapper’s website, all the dates are now labelled “TBD.” The reasons behind the postponement are yet to be confirmed, but the media teams are actively engaging with Carti’s representatives to gather more information.

This isn’t the first time Playboi Carti has postponed his Antagonist Tour. The tour was initially set to start in September 2021 in Denver. Still, just a week before the scheduled date, Carti rescheduled the North American shows to January 2024, citing undisclosed reasons. He then said he would begin the European leg of the tour in November, but just before the first show in Dublin, he postponed the shows without providing any new dates. Despite the tour’s setbacks, Playboi Carti has been releasing new songs, including “2024,” “Different Day,” “H00dByAir,” and “Backr00ms.” His next album will follow December 2020’s Whole Lotta Red, his second studio album. Fans of the rapper are eagerly awaiting more updates on the Antagonist Tour, and hopefully, Playboi Carti will announce new dates soon.
