Release Date For His Upcoming Project, “Sorry 4 What” Announced By Tory Lanez

Even though Tory Lanez is mired in a legal dispute with Megan Thee Stallion, the Toronto-born rapper is still churning out new music. He gave his followers Fargo Fridays earlier in the year, providing brand-new songs each week. He revealed on Friday (September 16) that the release date of his forthcoming album, Sorry 4 What, is slated for September 30.

The Chixtape star tweeted the news to his 2.2 million fans with the following message: “SORRY 4 WHAT. 18 SONGS. SEPT 30th. Let’s Begin.” The “Traumazine” femcee and her ex-friend, Kelsey Nicole Harris, are the defendants in Tory’s felony assault trial, as the star recently received a new court date for the case.

Reporter Nancy Dillion, who was present at the court hearing on Wednesday in California, said,  “Trial start date continued to between Nov. 28 and Dec. 8 over objection of prosecutors bc Tory’s lawyer in an arbitration.” Tory’s followers have persisted in supporting him and his new music despite his legal issues. Even Diddy appreciates the work of the Canadian rapper. The Bad Boy Exec revealed to Tory during an Instagram Live session last month that he has “a good six Tory tracks” on his “smashing” playlist.
