Sarkodie Makes His Rapperholic Exhibition Open To The Public

In association with Eagle Plug, award-winning Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie, real name Michael Owusu Addo, is hosting an exhibition for one week.

This exhibition aims to educate the general audience about Sarkodie’s artistic journey. In addition, the exhibition honors and preserves the rapper’s legacy in the Ghanaian music scene, which spans almost two decades.

This year’s exhibition is themed “The Rebirth: A Decade of Rapperholic Exhibition,” and the public can now view it from Monday, December 11 until Friday, December 16, 2023.

Eagle Plug and the Mix organized this special exhibition, which was attended by Sarkodie and his family as well as other industry guys on the Ghanaian music scene. A podcast session, curator dialogue, fireside chats, student tours are all included in the exhibition.

A group of eager young Accra students visited the Mix design workshop a day after it officially opened, only to be surprised by Sarkodie personally. The rapper made time out of his schedule to meet and spend time with his young fans after learning that there were students present.

Sarkodie’s choice to mix up with the students demonstrates his dedication to promoting a positive influence on the next generation. He also gave them a close-up look at his renowned career and impact on the Ghanaian music scene.
