Vince Staples’ Trailer For Upcoming Netflix Show Out; Features A Rick Ross Cameo Amongst Other Talking Points

The highly anticipated TV series “The Vince Staples Show” is set to debut on February 15. The five-episode series is expected to provide viewers with an exciting experience. The show’s central character, Vince Staples, is turned down for chicken at a restaurant; Rick Ross briefly appears to spice up the story. The black eye on Vince Staples’ already-released show poster alludes to potential problems and hardships that the character may encounter throughout the show.

Notably, the show has been in development for nearly two years, a testament to the amount of time and work that went into making it. 2019 saw the series launch as a web series, to which audiences responded well. Vince Staples and Calmatic, who previously helmed Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” video, were behind the show’s original concept. Viewers may anticipate a fantastic viewing experience because of the talented crew that works behind the scenes.

Maurice Williams and Ian Edelman co-created the Vince Staples Show. Before this, Edelman worked on Kid Cudi’s Entergalactic and HBO’s How to Make It in America. Staples, writer, director, actor Kenya Barris (You, Black-ish, People), Corey Smyth, Edelman, Williams, and William Stefan Smith, executive producers, produce the show. The show features several guest actors, along with Vanessa Bell Calloway and Andrea Ellsworth. The program, first revealed in 2022, has since been confirmed to be based on the rapper’s life and take place in Long Beach, California, the rapper’s hometown. Vince debuted new music exclusively for the web-only series, including “So What?” and “Sheet Music,” and sold exclusive merchandise.
