Andrew Tate Biography
Emory Andrew Tate III, an American-British media personality and former professional kickboxer was born on December 1, 1986. Following his kickboxing career, he started selling paid memberships and courses on his website and later became an internet celebrity. However, his suspension from various social media platforms results from his misogynistic statements.
The International Sport Kickboxing Association recognized him as the seventh-best light-heavyweight kickboxer in Britain in November 2008. When he won the British ISKA Full Contact Cruiserweight Championship in Derby in 2009, he won his first championship and rose to the top of his European division. Tate became the world champion in two different weight classes in 2013 after defeating Vincent Petitjean in a 12-round contest for his second ISKA world title. He has since stopped competing in combat sports.
Tate came under fire for his homophobic and racist tweets in 2016 as a guest on the British TV series Big Brother. After only six days, he was fired from the show after a video purportedly showed him using a belt to strike a woman.
