Brent Faiyaz And Lupita Nyong’o Get Flirty In The “WY@” Short Film Trailer

Fans of Brent Faiyaz are giving Lupita Nyong’o the side eye after the R&B singer teased a seductive clip for his next music video, “WY@.”

In the teaser, Faiyaz is seen trying to woo the Oscar-winning actress while the production team is busy in the backdrop of the movie set. The musician is very upfront about how difficult it is for him to maintain his calm when collaborating with such a stunning woman as Nyong’o.

Nyong’o tries to call his bluff, but before the screen turns dark, Faiyaz makes a move to lock lips with her, which makes things hot. The tagline that appears in the final frame is “2.14.24 isosupremacy.com.” The singer is teasing the music video for “WY@,” the latest single off his debut mixtape, “Larger Than Life,” which was released in October.

Published in September of last year, the song that has become a fan favorite is about a toxic relationship that Faiyaz finds difficult to end. Though comments on the preview suggest that Faiyaz is already breaking hearts, with admirers sarcastically threatening Nyong’o, the video arrives just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The music The official music for “Pistachios,” which were released last month. Larger Than Life marked Faiyaz’s third Top 20 debut, coming in at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 chart.
